Very Rude and unprofessional shop owner, an older man with glasses who was incredible rude and unprofessional when handling parcels. They have completely incorrect opening and closing timings online. The man was incredibly arrogant and had very poor customer service skills. Please use a different pick up point/ corner shop if you want to save yourself hassle and stress..
