Been to gold arts George street many times over the years for repairs / buying gold items / and euros ./ very disappointed today with my experience over repair to a neckless .

Poor customer service

Poor communication

3visits to shop / to sort out after 2 phone calls I will never visit to you again you’ve lost my customer .

Not 5 stars from me.
