"The customer is not always right here!!!"

Took my Motor home in for a mot and service. When I went to collect it I found that the rear corner bumper and the top awning rail had been damaged. I spoke to tyre express who suggested that they would look on their cctv. I returned to the garage and they said that they would repair the bumper,a week and half later I went in to have it replaced and it was completely the wrong colour .I spoke to Mr Bates who informed me that tyre express were not willing to do any more. I left the motorhome and on my return Mr Bates tried to grab my keys out of my hand and stamped on my feet a couple of times and punched me in the stomach as I still wouldn't give him my keys. I called the police and they escorted me in to collect my motorhome and spoke to Mr Bates. I'm awaiting a crime reference number for the assault on me. I would advise anyone silly enough to go there.check your vehicle first, and before parting with any of your money check your vehicle before you leave!.
