Took my watch here for a battery replacement, make is Henry London and when I took it originally to "Goldsmiths" in Churchill square and left it there I went back 30 minutes later with my ticket and the reception gave me back my watch saying it was too tight to do and would damage it. The back of it scratched to pieces and have photos of that after and this was a month ago.

Today went to Timpson and he popped the back off easily, saw the scratches from the others and same as me noticed they had even tried prising it open from the wrong parts! Adam popped it open in a second, changed the battery, re-put it all and off I went. Great professional service!.
